Over the last century AVBOB Industries developed into the largest manufacturer and supplier of funeral
ware and related products in Southern Africa.
We manufacture wooden coffins, metal caskets, coffin
fittings/hardware, upholstery, robes, artificial wreaths,
funeral equipment and tombstones.
Our manufacturing plant consists of 10 different specialized
units on 2 sites occupying 8ha. The factories are situated in
Rustenburg and Bloemfontein. We employ approximately 430 highly
trained and committed people.
The Bloemfontein factory has ±13000m² floor
area and the most modern equipment is used. Some of the
equipment was specially designed and custom made to suit our
needs. We can supply a funeral undertaker of his entire needs.
